Helped plan and manage the development by Higher Education Strategy Associates of an Enrolment Management (SEM) Strategy for the Faculty of Arts at Waterloo University, based in Waterloo, Ontario. Completed in 2015, the strategy that HESA proposed rested on a critical analysis of the Faculty’s existing recruitment, enrolment and retention strategies, comparison of the Faculty’s success in recruitment with comparator Arts Faculties at other Universities, and the identification of gaps and opportunities. Glen’s project management role included the management of client relationships, through the Dean, faculty leadership and a broad-based steering committee.
