Over the period 2014-15 an Academic Program Analysis was conducted by Higher Education Strategy Associates for Bishop’s University in Sherbrooke, Quebec. As project liaison, Glen was responsible for client relationships, project coordination, and liaison with the Vice President Academic and a senior-level project steering committee at the University. Glen was also responsible for the design and implementation of the qualitative component of the Program Analysis.
